The Chronic Otitis Media Questionnaire - 12 (COMQ-12) and the Chronic Otitis Media Benefit Inventory (COMBI) are a Patient Related Outcome Measures (PROMs) on Quality Of Life (QoL) with respect to Chronic Otitis Media (COM).
The COMQ-12 is currently available in thirteen languages and the COMBI currently available only English and Dutch. All documents can be downloaded here (please click on the relevant flag to download the file):
